Packages are charged by the hour ($160/hour). Meaning…

You only pay for our time at your event.

NO extra fees for editing, or your online gallery.

  • We aim to arrive ~ 15 to 20 minutes before the agreed start time - to set up for the event.

  • 1 week after your event (or earlier, if requested) - we’ll deliver you the digital photographs in full resolution via a downloadable online gallery

    (you’ll receive a link to that gallery via email).

  • Along with your gallery, you’ll receive a .pdf invoice based on the total hours you’ve engaged us.

    You pay once you’ve received your photos - and you’re happy with them.

    Let us know if you require adjustments to the photos

    (e.g. blemish removal, dress adjustments, vein removal, etc…)

  • Schedule a 15 minute ZOOM (or phone call) - ideally ZOOM so we can meet you (via video).

    We’ll go through:

    i. the plan for your event +

    ii. what you specifically expect from the photos (e.g. venue details, critical moments etc…)

    iii. any specific questions you have.

  • If you’re happy with our quote and discussion - and you want to go ahead - we’ll email you, stating we’ve agreed to be your photographer. No contracts to sign.

  • 1 week before: follow up email to reconfirm + collect updates on your end.
    1 day before: text you so we have instant & direct communication (outside email).

DO YOU OFFER CONTRACTS AND DEPOSITS?

With our pricing structure, we don’t feel issuing a contract is necessitated.

For quotes exceeding $1600 (e.g. 10+ hour weddings) - we can provide a nominal refundable deposit.

WHEN DO WE PAY?

You pay us once you:

ONE: receive your online gallery, and

TWO: you’re satisfied with the photos.

You’ll get your invoice with your online gallery (in the same email).

GO WITH another photographer after BOOKING you?

Everyone has a vision of how they want their event captured. Sometimes, our style/approach aligns - and we embrace that. Other times, our style/ approach won’t align - and we accept it.

However - its important we reach that understanding early - for both yours and our peace of mind.

So - if you feel we don’t have alignment, please decide upfront before booking with us.

DO WE KEEP ALL RAW PHOTOS?

You could, but it is not always recommended - here’s why:

1. unflattering photos (angle too low, not showcasing your ‘good side’, subject not in centre, etc)

2. duplicate photos - especially when capturing high pace moments.

We’ll ensure your gallery has the best possible photo choices.

Posed vs candid?

Neither style is right or wrong.

We feel the most evocative photos tend to naturally capture the unscripted moments.

In some instances, we may use simple guidance to elicit candid reactions (which we then capture).

How far DO you travel?

We’ve travelled to Singapore for a destination wedding. And in the past, we’ve covered Hunter Valley weddings. So travel isn’t an obstacle for us.

For weddings outside the Newcastle/Hunter Valley, Sydney and Wollongong belt, our final quote shall incorporate a low capped amount for travel expenses - the specifics of which we can discuss on a consultation call.
